§ 1 Area of application
The general business terms apply for all contracts between MK-dent GmbH, Eichenweg 7b, 22941 Bargteheide (hereinafter called „ MK-dent“) and their customers in the present version. § 2 Conclusion of the contract
The offers from MK-dent can change without notice and subject to the delivery by MK-dent suppliers. All orders can be placed per post, telephone or fax. Customers are committed to their placed order. § 3 Ownership retention
The merchandise belongs to MK-dent until the entire invoice has been paid. § 4 Charging
The customer may only with claims that the legal force, decision in court proceedings or undisputed.
A lien is only because the customer demands from the same contractual relationship. § 5 Prices
The valid price on the day of the order will be used. MK-dent reserves the right to change the prices in the catalog or online store. All prices contain sales tax for the goods purchased from Germany. § 6 Payment
The customer will receive the bill with same post from the delivered goods.
The payment is 14 days after receipt of the invoice without deduction.
Payment methods:
1. Payment made by direct debit

If the payment has not been paid after the 14 days MK-dent can charge interest according to §§ 288, 286 BGB.

You pay the invoice amount in advance and receive delivery of the goods receipt of payment
MK-dent accepts only the following payment possibility from foreign customers: prepayment and payment within 14 days.
MK-dent reserves the right for new customers or in special cases to accept only prepayment. Prepayment is also necessary for any customized or special orders placed. § 7 Delivery costs
Local delivery’s normally take place through the company GLS (German Logistic Systems) or a different delivery service company.
For deliveries in Germany we charge a packing and shipping fee. The present cost can be taken from our present catalogue or flyer.
Costs for deliveries abroad and the customs requirements will be discussed with the purchasing customer. § 8 Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your contract declaration within two weeks after receiving the goods without giving reasons in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. Cancellation must be sent to:

Consequences of cancellation:
In the case of an effective cancellation:
The benefits received by each party must be returned. And possibly of used usages (such as utility benefits) surrendered, can you give us the performance received whole or in part or in a deteriorated condition, you will be obliged to pay compensation for the value. A right does not apply to goods provided according to specifications of the customer or to his personal needs. § 9 Settlement of returns
In case of return MK-dent can organize the pickup from the supplied merchandise. The customer is committed to properly package the parcel. The customer will receive a sticker with the received merchandise with the invoice. The sticker will have the return address from MK-dent and the order number for easy classification. We also request that the customer to fill out the return- card and send back with the returning items. If you receive the wrong merchandise or faulty goods MK-dent will organize the pickup.
MK-dent will need the order number and the reason for the return. § 11 Liabilities
The liability for MK-dent from a violation of secondary obligations, in particular the protection obligations, is excluded. From this exclusion is excluded liability for damages, based on a grossly negligent breach of duty of MK-dent, his organization, his legal representative or vicarious agents, in case of loss of life, body or health or in the case of violation of a fundamental contractual obligation of the exclusion. The above provisions concerning the right of return do not apply to transactions with merchants.
In these cases the legal requirements for merchants will take place. If the buyer is a merchant then the jurisdiction for both parties is the city of Lübeck Germany. The law from Germany will comply. § 14 severability clause
If these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part is not legal or loose validity at a later time, otherwise the validity of the terms and conditions will not be affected.
